When I have a range in excel selected and click on Text in editing, my dropdown list stops at "Replace accented characters" and I'm unable to see the split names or the other options that are supposed to be there, according to the documentation. I've uploaded a screenshot so you can see.
Usually the Flash Fill feature is enabled by default. If it does not work in your Excel, click the Flash Fill button on the Data tab > Data tools group. If it still doesn't work, then go to File > Options, click Advanced, and make sure the Automatically Flash Fill box is selected under Editing options.
