Q: Which version can I download and use?
A: For example, you bought a liscence on August 10, 2017. With the 2-year free upgrade support, you can update to the versions that are released before August 9, 2019, i.e., the versions for the 2-year free update support expired before August 9, 2019. That means you can use the Office Tab Enterprise 14.00 and earlier versions.

Hi,
I paid for ExtendOffice Tabs Enterprise License in October, 2021 - Version 14.10 AND I am extremely Happy with your Software. Now Checking your website, there is a newer version of TABS, which got me excited, ONLY to find out that the Free 2year Upgrade has Expired?!!?? when my purchase was only almost exactly a year ago!!
Am I still eligible for the upgrade or have I missed out??
I have attached the email which proves my purchase & my query... (I have replaced my actual License code with a fake one for obvious reasons)
I will patiently wait for your response...
