Filename List Update

Hello I've been looking everywhere I can think of for a solution to this issue, but no luck. I'm hoping someone here may be able to help me out.

I am using kutools for the Filename List function and works flawlessly. I want to take it another step though and have the filename list refresh the list and keep it current. I have very little experience with vbasic, and or kutools.

Anyone shed some light on this for me please and thank you!
